Let the kids have fun and get a workout at the same time. Our week long mini fit session will be held from 12:30pm - 3:00pm Monday - Friday.
It's a whole-body cardio workout that gets your heart rate up immediately and gets oxygen really pumping around the body. An hour of bouncing burns off around 700 calories – that's the same as if you ran a 10k.
The BEST part about it, parents can leave the kids there during the camp.
This camp is for all ages of children but is ideal for kids over 5.
Please bring extra drinks and a snack for the camper, we do have drinks and snacks available for purchase as well.
The camp participants will be the only people in the facility at the time.
